At Coral Paper Co. we assure you that your order will arrive perfectly crafted with care, checked for quality, and packed just right. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
No Exchange & No Return Policy.
- Exceptions – Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Defective product
- Damaged product
- Incorrect item delivered
- Request Window – Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
- Exchanges – If the item qualifies, exchanges will be processed subject to stock availability. A replacement will be delivered within 7–10 days. If the product is out of stock, you may select another item of equal value.
- Refunds – Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
- Sale/ Discounted Items – Products purchased on discount or during sale events are not eligible for return or exchange.
